Low carb chocolate
Has anyone worked out what the lowest carb chocolate is in the UK? I brought some chocolate back from Switzerland with me and could have 2 little 'Mini Branche classic' chocolates at 7.1g carbs but I don't have many left now so am looking into what I can have next for my chocolate fix!

So I did Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred for 30 days without a break, doing 10 days at each level and using 1.5kg hand weights. I am 5ft 6. Low carb breakfasts
I tend to have natural yoghurt week day mornings and fried food for breakfast at weekends. Does anyone have any suggestions for quick weekday breakfasts that don't involve cooking? Yoghurt with blueberries and flax seed bacon and scrambled egg My Mum did this for me on holiday LOL omelette fry up
