I have been following a low carb diet for 3 years and following a diet does not make me toned. Whereas 30 Day Shred does. Yes, it's my first round this year. I did a few rounds early last year but stopped exercising and ate badly so started back at square 1 this year!

Your stomach is definitely flatter and your back looks more toned! :) keep it up!

Have you been taking measurements too? I think your waist definitely looks more defined!! :) sometimes a tape measure shows more than the photos do.

Mine is for toning! :) Don't tend to lose a lot of weight when shredding but I sure do feel healthier and more toned!

Yes!!! Especially as there aren't any of those damn oblique twists! I don't tend to burn as many calories either!

I totally know that feeling!! I am on my 5th round of 30DS (did 4 rounds last year) and I can tell you that it DOES get easier! You just have to keep at it and push through the pain! I constantly had to stop a few times through all of the plank moves my first time on level 2 and I even struggled jumping in the jump rope…

Does anyone else find that level 3 goes quicker than the other 2 levels? Finished Day 2 of level 3 today

Has anyone got any end of level 2 results to share? I have posted mine and have found in the past that it is great encouragement for fellow shredders :)
