Is anyone else going to post their photos and measurements after the first 10 days or is it just me on my own? :(

Think it's oblique twists? That's what JM calls it, you are meant to have your feet facing right while your arms face left then jump so it is visa versa, feet left and arms right. It's a tough move but it does get easier with practice. I used to struggle with them myself as its so knackering!

Between 20-50g but I am nearly at goal. I used to aim for under 20g when I was starting out.

I am the same, so I exercise in the comfort of my own home! I also do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD as someone else suggested and have had some great results :)

I'm 5'6" and currently 135.9 and my BMI is 21.9. My original target was to have a BMI of 22 so I am just under that now :)

I have a HRM at it is always over 200 calories that I burn! Mostly about 250ish

Oh, maybe thats it then? - Water retention! Weigh day is always Friday so hopefully the water will be gone by then! I was sticking to mostly under 50g carbs a day and pretty good with calories too! (even when I had beer!) Finger crossed my metabolism has been on my side too then! Thanks for the info :)

Ahhh thank you!!! I was worried my beer belly would be back for a while!! I haven't taken any measurements or weighed yet but plan to on Friday and fingers crossed the damage isn't too bad!
