Level 1 changes?

Did anyone notice any changes doing Level 1? I am on Day 9 today and my measurements are the same but I do feel the exercises getting easier (I can actually do a few knee push ups now!) So I must be getting stronger but I don't seem to be burning any flubber!
I know most of you started before me so wondered what you had all noticed and when!

I started to see a difference in level 2, I lost 1/2 " hips and 1/2" waist. I also have lost 2 pounds. I have 6 days of level 2 in. I took measurements yesterday and I did the weigh in on Monday. Don't worry, it will happen soon.0

I was worried as had seen success photos after Level 1 and could see a difference. I guess it depends if you exercised or had lost a lot of weight before starting 30DS too?
I'm looking forward to Level 2 and to finally seeing results from my hard work0 -
Steph...it does depend on if you're just starting your journey or have been working on it. I think you'll really notice changes when you start Level 2. You're probably getting more toned and don't realize it yet but look at your muscles not so much inches right now. It is working. Hang in there.0

After 10 days @ level 1 & 2 @ level 2 I had lost 3/4 lb 1/2 '' off waist & 1/2'' off upper arm. My legs feel tighter & I am noticing changes in my abs & upper arm muscle tone.
I did day 6 of level 2 today. I Don't weigh in or measure until Sunday so that will be after 8 days of level 2.0
