I tend to have natural yoghurt week day mornings and fried food for breakfast at weekends. Does anyone have any suggestions for quick weekday breakfasts that don't involve cooking?

Berry smoothies, if you buy.lc tortillas could do a sweet or savoury wrap. I also boil up eggs the night before while making dinner, could make a custard the night before... Ummm will have a think.x

I have never made a smoothie! All the low carb smoothie recipes I have seen contain protein power which I can only see in huge expensive tubs. Do you have a recipe for a berry smoothie?

I have done some bacon and scrambled egg low carb wraps before :) I just rarely order from the low carb stores

I usually will fix eggs some way or another b/c they are so quick. Omelet or I just have some bacon on the way to work...I fix it in the microwave while I get ready. Quick and easy.

On a weekday I usually have 2-3 slices of ham, together with a couple of slices of an cheese and either a hnadful of cherry toms or some cucumber.

Not very exciting I know, but it does the job! I normally take it to work with me, and eat it about 9.30am.

Weekends are for spoiling myself with eggs, bacon, sasuages etc
