I go to dietican and doc .I am required to to 7 veg or fruits 6 grains and 2 milk and 2meat .. I got the vegs milk and meat .. Please help with low carb gains. Daily amount of Carbs is 50 grams

Started a low carb way of eating today. Inspired by Fixing Dad. I'm seriously oberweight and although I've not been diagnosed as diabetic my blood sugars are high. Hoping to rectify this plus lose the weight.

Newbie following the Idiot Proof diet
I've lost a bit so far but have over 100lbs to go to reach my 10 stone target. The problem is that I've lost and gained the same stone too many times and need to break through that barrier. Any support and motivation would be gratefully received (and returned!). Maggie :)
