Slow Carb Diet

Just wondering if anyone on here has read 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferris, specifically where he talks about the slow carb diet. He reckons you can lose 9kg or 20lb in a month on it - I'm only on day 3! The rules are no white or wholemeal carbs, no fruit, no dairy, no sugar or sugary drinks. You are supposed to eat unlimited meat, fish and eggs, vegetables and salads, and legumes, beans, lentils etc. Trying to get each into each meal. And you have 1 cheat day per week where you eat whatever you want and as much of it as you want, nothing is banned! I really hope it works, so far so good!

    yeah, I read it. Especially the upper left quarter bit ;-)

    Wasn't convinced it had a solid logical basis, but would be worth a trial month.
