I go to dietican and doc .I am required to to 7 veg or fruits 6 grains and 2 milk and 2meat ..
I got the vegs milk and meat .. Please help with low carb gains.
Daily amount of Carbs is 50 grams

I guess linseed/flaxseed should be ok substitute for grains. Very high fibre low carb. Mim (muffin in a minute) thread is a suggestion of how to incorporate into diet. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/453964-low-carb-muffin-in-a-minute.
or can just use as supplement
Ground flax seed is found at Holland and Barrett or unground at asda/tesco0 -
Also a lot of the crispbreads seem to be relatively low carb too when eating one or two -look at finncrisp and hovis wheatgerm crackers.0

May i ask why you need to eat only 7 veg - fruit and 2 milk?
on a keto diet you shouldn't drink milk. Alpro unsweetened milk is fine (0 carbs) regarding fruit only berries are low in carbs.
You can make flaxseed bread just Google it and it is low in carbs.
The idea with keto diet is that you eat only 20 -50 carbs daily with a high fat intake and protein. You also need to eat within your calories allowance.
Lot of doctors and dietician dont understand low carbs/keto diet.
