  • 5'3, I have a muscular upper body with broad shoulders but I am probably 150lbs and wear size M for tops, sometimes S and size 5-6 for bottoms and jeans.
  • Hello everyone. I am 5'3 and my starting weight in August last year was 187lbs with 39% body fat. Now I weigh 155lbs with 26.5% body fat and still has 25lbs to lose and aiming for 19-20% body fat on my birthday month in September. I do a lot of circuit training that includes battle ropes and TRX. Right now I do weight…
  • There is a group called "eat more to weigh less" and Kiki and Lucia explained this at length. Good luck.
  • I use Innov8 for lifting. Or you can use what most CrossFitters use because they do bunch of crazy stuff..... ESP lifting.

As for your medical problems, don't you think it is better for you to control it with balance nutrition and exercise rather than relying on pills? You…

I go almost everyday and take Bootcamp (this is extra) and on light days I do fitness Pilates, spinning,. It really depends on what goals or exercises you prefer. If its cardio and strength, CRT, FIT, Totally…
  • Eat whatever is under 100 calories. You don't want to slow your metabolism down just because it is bed time. A small bag of popcorn is good I heard. Stay away from sugary fruits or sweets at night.
  • Thank you for all your encouraging words. Sometimes I just don't understand how this weight loss works. I know I have been stronger since I started weight training--- using 50lb kettlebells. Now I am starting to think maybe my muscles are getting bigger and heavier, now should I use lighter weights?
  • The one I am using right now is the polar RS400, as suggested by my personal trainer. It can tell you which zone you are at if you are in zone training, that way you know if you are burning fat, calories or sugar. This watch also keeps your records or progress in file so you can check how much calories you burn in a week…
