sorry to say it, but INsanity is my favorite,,, just take it slower, and do what you can do, at the intensity that you can do it. Baby step it, modify your pushup, but you will get better!

In this weather,, runners tights,, bra, maybe a wicking under shirt (something synthetic) then a close fitting jacket (also synthetic, close to the body), hat, workout gloves. I think you maybe good there.

These are great ideas,, the funny thing if I do the 4 to 5 mini meals, like I do for most of the week, the 4 to 6 window sucks. If it is a fast day, the window it managable. Don't do the Special K! Just follow Shawn T,, eat real good food, and the work will pay off. Also weight loss is not everything, esp in this program you will lose inches, tighten and firm up! Compression pants/shorts are nice,, but I find they take a long time to dry ( a major consideration when wet and muddy alot) I wear short runners short (the kind with built in panties so I don't moon the person behind me as I do burpees) . I know,, but if it says Boston,, at the worst for me it means about an hour drive. As long as the trail is not gravel ( I have had this happen,, it sucks monkey bottom for us toe shoe gals) I am all good.
