 what the.... ...sorry to tell you this but it's all about decreased body fat. just keep lifting heavy and log calories. You'll definitely see your body change after a few weeks/months

Love this article! :flowerforyou: But wouldn't your midsection muscles get larger due to a calorie surplus? I feel they should have mentioned that in the article. Or am i wrong?
-
So you're only doing this temporarily, you do realize that you'll gain the weight back once you start eating normally? You'll just end up in a vicious cycle of yo-yo dieting. Why not just eat at a reasonable amount of calories in deficit, exercise and keep the extra pounds off for good? Good luck!

yeah i totally understand. it's like i need to sweat to make my day.

I had a knee injury (patella sublux) this past April and had to sit out on the sidelines til it got healed. I'd cry prob every week bc i was so close to getting towards my mini-weight loss goal that i thought i'd gain it all back. The best thing i could do though was RICE, stop all activities that would further…

How long have you been doing this? Could be water retention from starting your new workout plan. It'll level out in a couple of weeks or less. :)

I agree.. step back MissJenni.. as entertaining as this has been for me today.. :blushing: It's starting to become sad. ...However i do believe you shall apologize to the people who (were not included in this little war of love) were offended by the disgusting metaphors and unnecessary name-calling you have posted all day.…

DOMS is not always an indicator of a great workout, for example, you might create lactic acid at a faster rate in your lower body than in your upper. But if you want to exhaust, try heavier weights or higher reps/drop sets

Hmm, let's see. How about: Greek Yogurt Eggs Cottage Cheese Peanut Butter Other breakfast Meats ..I know you don't like the protein powder idea, but different powders have better textures and consistencies so maybe finding the right one could help with your batter problem.

Holy ish! That girl's chest & arms are beastin'

Yeah i've read books on this and it's sounds like it made sense but idk..The explanation for this is they think you have more energy during the day so your body burns more allowing you to eat those carbs. At night your body starts to wind down..when you eat those carbs at night they don't burn off as much as they would…

Hmm, Have you tried inputting your stats the TDEE way? Go here http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ ..Now only deduct 15-20% from that TDEE given for weight loss It'll help to get an accurate calorie goal and stick to it. Also, how's your logging? Keeping consistent is key for weight loss. ETA: After trying this…
-
Ah F***, you're a dude... yes, you need more fuel. How did you determine your calorie goal??
-
So, you have more endurance now..that's great progress! Don't feel discouraged. Keep going and Keep working damn hard! :flowerforyou: If going by the scale, it can take weeks to months to see weight loss, honestly. Plus real weight loss comes from the diet not an exercise program. How many calories are you consuming?
-
If you are only consuming 1,200 calories a day and feeling low in energy you should up your calories a bit more. Also try also adding some good carbs along with that protein/drink.
-
Um, it could be from all that water you lost thru your sweat during your workouts. ETA: yeah i can lose up to 2lbs after working out. I sweat a ton!
-
It might be the way you're fueling your body after your workouts. How many calories do you consume a day?
