What has helped me is making a big salad and adding two chicken breasts to help reach my 130g protein goal. Add hardboiled eggs, bacon, cheese and almost halfway there lol Can't turn down bacon, for what!

What's your stats (height, age, weight, BF) by the way? I'll help you try to determine how many calories you really need to be consuming. No exercise at all? It'd help your progress if you stay consistent with your logging at least.

The schedule you can easily get thru google or the actual teambeachbody website. But the exercises might be a little difficult. Try Youtube

Since building a booty/lower bottom in a calorie deficit would be ridiculously hard, make sure to eat at a calorie surplus while incorporating these moves that's been posted ;)

In the app you go to settings>My Foods and Exercises>My Foods and click to delete. Online you go to tab>FOOD>My Foods and click the one you want and click delete. Hopefully that's what you meant as far as "Food List" Otherwise anything in your Frequent/Recent won't be deleted it.

I have bad knees too :( I have found that strengthening the knees first helps alot. Doing seated leg extensions are really good. Also when doing squats..use dumbbells and bring them up towards your knees when you go down. It'll help lessen the amount of weight going onto your knees. Keep a close eye on form bc sometimes…

I actually just bought a stability ball for when i do Body Beast at home. It's the next best thing to use when you don't have a bench. If you're worried about the support, It's best to get a stability ball for your size/height then.

You could be losing in areas that you're not measuring OR you're prob losing muscle mass OR it could be water weight.

i counted the time it takes to pick a bowl, get your chips, tare it and weigh lol.. it takes less but i was trying to prove a point on accuracy to that knuckle head of a troll.

Seem like it'd be excessive thinking to just overestimate. (which i do not have time for) It seriously takes 30 seconds to weigh a bowl of chips. :p Digital scales are waaay better and accurate than the springy ones.

Yeah, I'm not a beginner. Just working out from home for a couple of months til i train again and trying to decide on which DVD to use (Body Beast or Chalean extreme) I like allowing control over which muscles to work without over doing it and getting the rest i need in between..so i'll do split training. Thank you! :)
