Thanks so much :) I will definitely be giving the walking and swimming a go- I find it harder to find motivation to do weights and strength exercises, yet I can walk and swim till the cows come home lol.

That is the best way to do it. Slow and steady gives you a higher possibility of keeping it off. 4 pounds is fantastic to lose in 3 weeks!

I've found there are 2 things I'm struggling with. Meeting the calorie requirement (I'm not eating enough) and finding time to exercise. I know there are no excuses but I'm working 10-11 hour days waitressing so by the end of the day I am exhausted.
