Extra exercise to cover down day.
So I need a bit of advice. I have given myself Sunday as my down day off exercise. In saying that, is there any trouble if I compensate by doing extra exercise on Fri and Sat (1hr extra each day) to make up for not doing any on Sunday? I think it's fine but my partner thinks I am pushing it too hard. Has anyone else…

Ab Wave- how to log?
Hello lovely mfps. We have purchased the Ab Wave and I'm not sure how I would log it as exercise? I have tried looking under strength and cardio, but the closest I can find is crunches. Any ideas? (Please, no complaints or sarcasm about the machine, I am just after ideas on how to log) :tongue:
