I think it depends on age- when I was younger, I was completely attracted to the bad boy. As I grew though, from about 19 on- definitely the nice guy....so much so that I have been with my 'nice guy' for the last 10 years- been together since I was 20 :) He was my friend, first and foremost!!

I might be completely opposite but I have actually gone up a cup size!!! (Which hubby isnt complaining about AT ALL) Im thinking that maybe the size will go down (AUST 18 atm) but the cup size will either stay the same or slightly increase.

THIS!!! I do drink meal replacement shakes and yes, it is something that I could quite easily continue for the rest of my life. I really do not see how it is anyones place to judge. At the moment I am using Natures Life.

I started at 108.7kgs (239 pounds). I am currently at 103.5kgs (228 pounds) and my goal weight is 75kgs (165 pounds). I'm 29, 5'10- so just a tad to lose :)

This. I couldn't have said it better- I don't usually finish work till 9-10pm and I am starving after it. As long as you are logging every single bite and you are under your cals- don't stress. As a sidenote- the 2x 1kg blocks of cheese.....we bought one and didn't realise until we got home that we still had one untouched in the fridge. So we have halved our cheese intake, the cream is nonexistant, the yoghurt is now natural (mixed with a little honey and the fresh strawberries- yummo!). And I am feeling amazing…

Funnily enough, we were discussing this exact thing this afternoon. Previously the grocery list was dairy....so much dairy. We would consume 2x600mL tubs of thickened cream, 1x300mL carton of sour cream, 2x 1kg blocks of cheese, 2 tubs of full fat, full sugar yoghurt, custard.....the list went on. Your body fluctuates throughout the day. Thats why they only advise that you weigh yourself once a week in the morning. If you weigh yourself in the morning, you will see a different story

I'm the same, I am the one taking the pictures, not in them. But my prof pic is from our holidays last month- it was my wakeup call. I look like a before picture on the Jenny craig adds. It was my wakeup call, and now its my motivation.

I am a mother of 2 boys (10 and 2) working part time (30 hours) while studying so boy, do I know what you mean!!!! Especially with the late night study sessions lol :)

Thanks so much for all of the replies. I wish I could leave the house but the majority of my studying is after 9pm (I work split shifts from 11am-9pm) when work is finished and the kids are asleep.
