  • I agree, 10-15 pounds seem to make a difference for me. Good luck!
  • LOVE this brand! It's organic, it's a great veggie for you (beta carotene, etc), it tastes great! How can you lose? Only if you eat too many. : )
  • Be careful not to eat too much pumpkin - my best friend has been eating a lot of pumpkin, carrots, and butternut squash lately and her skin is literally turning orange. I am not joking - it has an orange tint! She's lost 30+ pounds and uses those veggies as snacks and replacements in her food. I hadn't seen her in a couple…
  • Do you like it? I just heard about it. I'm a big fan of TaeBo and Zumba. Any similarities?
  • Wow! That is so inspirational!! I've lost 33 pounds and want to lose another 30.....did you ever have plateaus? How did you move past them? My weight loss has significantly slowed since January. Congrats - you look amazing!!
  • I have tried it and the only side effect for me was extreme "cotton mouth" and racing heart occasionally. Sounds like it's not the thing for you.....good luck!
  • I created my own activity and it started calculating based on my HRM results.
  • I have a Bowflex HRM watch and it was in the $50 range.....I don't think you can find any much cheaper than that. I've been doing Zumba since last July 1-2 per week and I regularly burn between 750-1200 calories per class. Every person is different!
  • I do sometimes....helps me pre-plan the next day. :-)
  • I burn 700-1200 calories per class with two different teachers. I would say that I average 850 for most classes. I burn about 350 per 20 minutes using Wii Zumba. I use the strapless Bowflex HRM watch. Remember, everyone is different! You'll just have to buy a HRM to know what your number is.
  • It's amazing! So fun! I've been going since last July and with MFP and Zumba I've lost 30 pounds!

  • I use the Bowflex strapLESS heart rate monitor watch. My SIL loves the Mio version. We both use them for our Zumba classes.

  • If you are Zumba "shy" definitely check out the Wii Zumba! I am using it for the second day (I am a huge Zumba class fan) and I love the Wii version! Tons of fun and a good way to brush up and learn the dance steps at home.

  • I use a HRM watch during my Zumba class and I burn 900-1200 calories per class. Everyone is different. You would really need your own HRM to determine how much you are burning.

  • Hi there! I am a big Zumba fan and recently bought Wii Zumba. There is NO doubt in my mind that I am burning calories! They are going to count for sure! I recently purchased a calorie counting/heart rate watch for about $50/$60. If you wear it while doing the Wii you can give him concrete proof that you are burning…
