I think the gym at my college that I go to has different measurements and tests to do, I might check those out when everything opens back up after break.

Along with the body fat % it said I had about 55lbs of fat to loose. This seems crazy to me! That would put me a little over 100lbs which I know is way to low.

I get my boyfriend to go for a walk/run with me. It gets me moving and the time with him is nice when I am feeling down.

Dont quote me on this but i head somewhere that some people hold fat more around their organs and closer to their body. She also may simply have more muscle than you do.

I was a veggie for about a year and really messed up my body. I am not knocking it by any means but if you want to be a vegetarian you really have to watch what you eat to make sure you are getting the nutrition that you need! That's where I failed. I get my workout clothes from JcPenny's (Their brand is X-cersion). Its a lot cheaper that brand names like Nike and Under Armour. The quality is great too! I think the last time I went I got a sports bra, Dry fit shirt, long pants, and sweater for like $40-50

Go for it! I think anything is worth trying at least once. Maybe you can start a group for it, I wouldn't mind doing it also. Maybe if I know people are going to see me I will work harder at achieving the best results and pushing myself.

according to MFP it is 435 cal. "per bowl" which its based on the Chipotle restaurant so I am assuming the bowl is fairly large.

MFP is set at 1530 which I am like a lot better than what I used to do. I used to eat about 1200 which is too low. 1530 allows me to pick foods that are healthier, even if they have some extra calories. I try to exercise everyday and don't eat back any of the calories I burn

If you are home in the morning you can try some crock pot meals. Let them cook all day while your at work and when your done just throw whatever is left in the fridge/freezer for reheating later.
