I don't log my food on here because I don't lose weight when I do so why bother. I lose weight when I make the right decisions like I have been. Some ideas I had (tell me what you think): 1) Having a challenge every week such as drinking more water, walking/running/biking certain amount of miles, trying a new exercise 2) For every meeting everyone puts $1 in a jar, that money will go to buying prizes for people when they reach their goals

I love this!!! I've been wanting to get into cross fit. My brother lost weight doing it and has been helping me to start. The college that I am attending next year has a special Cross Fit gym in their Kinesiology department. Good Job!

lol I was in a few sports but never worked out until I got to college. Now I love working out and eating healthy, even thinking about changing my major to Kinesiology. As long as you keep healthy snacks in your dorm (or where your living) and stay away from the unhealthy foods in the cafeteria you should be good!

1 pound in 1 week is awesome!! Escpecially since you have a lower weight to start off with. Definatly up your calories, your body wont be able to funtion for long if you keep going like that!
