Wanting to help my community

So I am really getting into this healthy eating and diet stuff and I would really like to do some kind of program for free(or a small fee) to help those in my community. I live in a very small town so their are not many resources for those who want some help and I feel like Weight Watchers is getting too expensive (like $40/month?) . I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions of how to go about this? I am still in my first year or college so 1) I dont have endless hours to put into this and 2) I am considering something like this as a possible career.
Edit:
Also would there be any kind of legal trouble since I do not have any license or certification?
