I'm 168.5cm (5'6.5"?). CW: 122lbs, GW:112lbs. I have a medium frame (broad shoulders from swimming *tears*) but I didn't have too much tummy fat when I was 114lbs and I want that. So stick of this bulging fat part on my waist.

I managed to lose 20lbs in 2 months so you can do it! : ) I did a lot of cardio and strength training exercises while cutting back on what I eat. Sparkspeople bootcamp is pretty good if you hate hitting the gym.
