    You should do the 30day shred! It's actually pretty good! Look it up on YouTube:) it's only like $10

    I think you could probably come pretty close to your goal. If you workout everyday and log everything you eat and stay within your calorie recommendation I think you will be amazed at the results. It isn't magic, you really have to work for it. Good news the weight usually comes off pretty quickly in the beginning which is encouraging!

    I managed to lose 20lbs in 2 months so you can do it! : ) I did a lot of cardio and strength training exercises while cutting back on what I eat. Sparkspeople bootcamp is pretty good if you hate hitting the gym.

    All you have to do is go on a 1200 calorie diet and walk a half hour a day. It's as simple as that.
