I use the Weight Watchers Digital Scale and brought it at Target for $20. It has pretty accurate for me and is not far off from when I weigh in at the Dr's office.

You can definately do it. I believe that obesity and weight is a struggle and that with anything it takes time to change your habits. I have been 326 and 156 and have struggled over the years with weight. I am now 35 and the last two years I have realized that sometimes slow and steady is the best way. I will support you!!!

I have been taking Phentermine since Thursday and so far I have had no flutters; however I do have a dry mouth. I am still counting calories and watching what I eat and still exercising. I have noticed that I am not stalking the pantry for snacks....

You'll find that cardio is not the best weight loss (guessing you mean fat loss) routine. In cardio, you are only burning calories during the run basically.
