So funny because yesterday at my gym, our owner and trainer asked how many pounds I was doing my fly's with. When I told her 15# she suggested I go back down to 8#. NOT. Great post

I usually plan mini goals per pounds or inches loss. But my very first reward list (four years ago) was this below.. First ten pound loss- Massage Fifteen pounds loss- New shoes Twenty pounds loss- Beach weekend Today my rewards are more fitness prone such as Full body massages/ Personal Training Sessions/ Wellness…

I stopped adding sugar and cream to my coffee over four years ago, so far so good. Only get sweet tooth for the flavors around the holidays : )
