My routine is to go to my gym after work. This allows me to blow off any stress and tackle my workout plan all at the same time. The joy I get from it is that I am able to come home to my family in a great mood of accomplishment. :flowerforyou:

Finally purchased my first size 12 pants yesterday. Now wearing a size twelve in pants and med tops and that's coming from 16 and XL. Mondays are not so bad, just busy for me, LOL.

^^^ This worked for me. I weight train three days and the rest is high intense cardio at least five times a week. I eat healthy 65% of the time, weekends are my whatever and I have learned to live with that happily.:flowerforyou:

I make this also, but I added a lil twist with homemade ranch instead of the yogurt. Mostly make these for the kiddies and they want ranch with EVERYTHING. Great post and the pic looks oh so yummy!

I run a 5K with a friend on Saturday mornings. She is 5'11 and yes leaves me in the dust, but she always runs back to meet me when she is done and race me to the last point. Everytime I see her coming back at me I curse her but at the end we relish in the pain and excitement of it being over with, LOL. Love her for that…
