Replace your patatoes with steamed caulifower..........trust me, no one will even notice. Boil ur eggs and only use half of the yolks, all of the whites. Also, use a lighter mayo.......I use Best Foods made with olive oil. these modifications should work with just about any tater salad recipe.

Try turbo jam! a freind of mine lost over 60 pounds doing that for 30 minutes every day and eating about 1200 calories. I just started and so far so good. it's really fun.

Saute it in a pan with about 2 tbsp of smart balance, or any other non butter butter. Salt and pepper it and its done! We call it frazzled cabbage in my house. My kids even love it.

If you like groyere, or however it's spelled, you should try the groyer and chicken sausage links made by Aidells. They're 190 cals and so so so yummy and filling. you can usually find them at costco. The chicken and apple ones are only 100 calories.....
