Low sodium at fast food type places

My dad is on a low sodium diet, doctors orders. He loves fast food unfortunately. He is eating MUCH better now because he has to for the sake of his health. However he still gets a craving for fast food now and then. I did some poking around to try and find some low sodium options without any luck. Obviously no surprise there.

Does anyone know of any good low sodium options for fast food or any type of chain restaurant that I can check out?

    I just read on here the other day that you can go to Red Robins web site and make changes to their menu items, print the changes and bring it in and they will make it with your changes. I have not tried it but it might be something to check on.

    Only one I know of is taco bell - pretty much anything on their fresco menu (ask for it) should be WAAAAY healthier. In fact, taco bell is, amazingly enough, the healthiest of the fast food joints to my knowledge.
