i was around the 210 mark at one point. I believe i started here at 205 in november and hit my goal of 150 in march

i get it all too much, but ya know, i'd rather be "too thin" in someone's eyes than be a perfect weight. Many people told me to stop at 160-165 pounds, but i got to 150 and put on 5 lbs anyway, so it was much safer to lose more weight and eventually put some back on. not bad

I have been on maintenance calories for about 2 months now, eating 2,280 a day. I go to the gym 5 days a week with burns being anywhere from 700-900. I tend to eat back about half the calories I burn, putting my intake at the most 3,000 calories, but my net is still at that 2,200 mark usually. Hitting the gym is great, it…

My setting is set to maintain. MFP says eat 2,250 calories a day. When I add my exercise, it says my net would be (for example) 1,450 and I'd have 800 calories remaining.

my pressure and cholesterol were THROUGH THE ROOF!! I had just turned 18 at the time and got tests done. i couldn't believe how bad everything was. it took a year from that point to realize i needed a change. luckily, november 2011, i started doing what i did and nowadays, all my #'s are down. pressure doesn't touch 85 +…

Rock bottom... realizing, I was 19, had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, had the fattest, puffiest and most red face of anyone I knew. I was going no where, had no girlfriends, no self control. Now... I can go out, and feel incredible....

while losing weight i always thought about how good i would look in the end. now i just look back at my old pics and know i can never let myself go again.

Hardest part is staying on track with food. Temptation; donuts, candy, big fattening meals.

Got a job that offered free food, beverages and pastries. I went from 170-ish to over 200. Eventually I came here, corrected that issue and I'm in better shape now than ever. Hmm.
