I need some inspiration and motivation

I lost 10lbs but put it back on along with another 5lbs+. I was 167lbs when I joined, my goal weight was 155lbs so all I had to do was lose 12lbs, instead I've gained 26lbs. (because i over-ate and under exercised) I now weigh 193lbs.
I'm thinking what is the point of losing weight, why shouldn't i just stay fat?
I'm lacking inspiration in what to do to lose weight and I'm lacking motivation in why I should lose weight.
Am looking for more peoples' diets to get inspiration from and possitive people for motivation and inspiration.
