  • I eat my reccomended 1200 cal per day. You should make sure to eat atleast this for your body to fuel itself properly. I do not eat the added calories when i work out. but if i am hungry i will not starve myself. Usually a banana does the trick. :0)

  • I have to say that Bench clothing, and loulou lemon stores (I think are only in canada) have tops and pants that are really long. sometimes too long for me. I know you can order them online as well. They are more of an athletic type store but not all of their stuff is that tight fitting yoga type stuff.

  • I'm 5'9" and i wear a size 10. It's hard to find nice dressy shoes/ boots without a huge heel that fit nice :0(

  • My new years resolution is to keep myself organized and plan ahead. Making small goals along the way. I want to run a half marathon this year. i have always done 10-12km runs but i dont want to try a half marathon until i know i will do it in a good time. i dont like to just finish a race, i want to do it well.

  • I totally would but i have a membership with Goodlife fitness :0( Do they have fitness classes you can go to? I know my gym does and the instructors are awesome.   • I use an exercise ball at work. I wouldn't recomend it everyday because it does hurt your lower back after a while however if you use it atleast half the day you can get in some 'secret' core exercises and I do crunches on it. And man can you feel a difference at the end of the week :0)

  • Hi, I think that is pretty accurate actually. My girlfriends and i do zumba ALOT. and one of my friends has a watch that calculates calorie burn and its pretty close to that website. I did a Master class last weekend it was 90min. We burned 990 Calories!!!! Crazy eh. Happy Zumba-ing! Justine
