I think it's healthier to do your own, and then freeze it - but I love that you know EXACTLY how many calories are in it. Besides, it's quick and easy - and good in my case, because I suck at cooking haha! xx

I went through a phase of eating under 200.. I lost a lot of weight but also got really weak and sick and ick. Then for awhile I lost control and got stuck in Bulimia's binge/purge/binge/purge.. Now I try to be healthier and stay under 700-800 calories everyday ! xx

What worked for me, is cutting out things like bread and milk - and replacing it instead, with meal combinations like salmon and egg whites with a bit of low fat cream cheese. Or spinach.
