haha wow. didn't notice that you also said different inclines. but anyways, it definitely helps. And I hardly notice a difference when I am on a low incline, so I usually do an incline of 11 then alternate every 2 minutes between a speed of 3 and 5.5 :)

that is good! Something that also helps is doing incline on the treadmill. You burn more calories, work more parts of your body, and it is safer as far as preventing running injuries. When I was a track athlete, we ran hills every day and it got me in shape really fast.

haha thank you. although i could never be a model! I am a photographer. Can't pose my face AT ALL. lol As for the person above me, I'd say teacher.

I am 5'8" and my goal weight is 145. I may end up wanting to be 140 once I get there. But my body type is athletic and muscular, so if the scale is high but my body is fit than I am fine with that.

The important thing about cardio is pushing yourself. If you're not getting too a point where you are sweating and exhausted, then you're not burning fat. The body burns other calories before it burns actual fat. So make sure you are pushing yourself during your cardio workouts. They don't necessarily have t be long, just…

I commented earlier about my boyfriends grandmother. She is a religious woman who also does not believe in birth control. All four of her children had babies out of wedlock, 2 when they were teenagers, one of which had an abortion. Not saying that this is bound to happen, but it did happen in her family.

Everyone's body is different. At the beginning of the summer, I started working out and watching my diet. After a few weeks I saw no results and quit. A couple weeks later I dropped 5 pounds. So sometimes it takes a while to catch up. And maybe you just need to try something different. The body is a complex thing. Good…

I am somewhat of an emotional eater. But lately everytime I feel down or stressed or angry, I work out. Its a much healthier way for me to get out my emotions. Plus, you can burn calories instead of ingest them!

Hey I am a sophomore in college! My first semester I actually lost 15 pounds because I was so busy. Unfortunately, I gained 25 pounds my second semester. My biggest problem was simply stress, it messes up your body a lot. But things to help you... campus gym is a great idea! And if you have time to take an activity…

I personally do tend to gain weight if I eat carbs too late. You may be similar to me. Most people say it doesn't matter, but if your body is anything like mine than it does make a difference.

Silvers from Buckle are amazing, but expensive. So most of the time I get my jeans at Macy's.

As far as getting rid of them, ICE! Thats what I do. As far as prevention, shoes are definitely important. But some people, like me, get them pretty much no matter what. But things that help me are running on softer ground, not pavement, and running on an incline. Downhill is really painful for me, but up hill seems to…

I always go with something like strawberries with a little chocolate on top. :)

I have large legs and a big butt, myself... and I have found a few things helpful. The Hip Abductor machine at the gym works inner and outer thighs (on 2 separate machines). But you can mimic the inner thigh workout at home or work by squeezing a small ball between your knees. Just squeeze hard enough that you can feel it…
