I started juicing a few weeks ago and have lost 16 pounds. I tend to have an extra hard time losing weight, I'll diet and exercise with no results. Sadly, I usually give up. I run and I enjoy every burning moment!!! I do run for a purpose, the best one of all.....ME! :happy: I think some folks do training for motivation but my motivation is my mirror!

Robyn's Omelets 1/2 cup of diced onions 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper 1/2 cup of diced mushrooms 1 cup of fat-free liquid eggs Dash of No Salt, black pepper, red pepper 1/4 cup of soy flour Mix well and skillet fry in Pam...makes 6 medium patties...taste great with turkey sausage and ketchup!!!

Is started out at 323, I'm now 297...I've got a long way to go, I try not to get discouraged...that's the biggest thing for me!
