just wondering what is your staple recipe for a good ole healthy breakfast lunch or dinner?

    Robyn's Omelets

    1/2 cup of diced onions
    1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
    1/2 cup of diced mushrooms
    1 cup of fat-free liquid eggs
    Dash of No Salt, black pepper, red pepper
    1/4 cup of soy flour

    Mix well and skillet fry in Pam...makes 6 medium patties...taste great with turkey sausage and ketchup!!!

    1/4 cup egg white
    1 slice smoked turkey
    1/2 slice 2% pepperjack
    Few jalapenos
    2 slices of 35 calorie ww toast
    Add the egg whites and jalapenos to a microwave egg cooker, cook on high 1.25 min; place on toast; heat turkey for 6 seconds; add cheese; and out the door you go!
    175-180 calories, super fast.
    The microwave egg cooker I bought at walmart; cannot live w/o it!
