Running an ultra marathon can be classed as MOST intense, does not mean you should belittle another type of workout that it MOST intense for that person. Not everyone can eat more. The older you get the less you need to eat, so for me my TDEE is 1900.... in a few years I'm guessing even less.... soo it will be less than 1200 I'm guessing & if I eat more then I'll gain. Well if the 'math' is not working then your calculations are not correct. You are eating more than you burn off or you are eating right on that amount. Simple as that.

Yep I abandoned 1200 cals a day. 3 times a week for 40 hours each time I eat 0 calories & then for the other times I'll eat about 3000. But then I enjoy being healthy, being able to heal from a nasty VMO injury in a week rather than months & love being able to eat what I like & still lose weight. BTW my TDEE is 1900…

Force are being recalled due to people actually getting a rash/burn from the band. Flex is water resistant to 30m so you can wear it in the shower (and it may keep the band clean as well when you think about it)
