  • I've just had the beef in ale for dinner and it was lovely, very tasty and had lots of sliced potato in it too!
  • Hi I do diet chef and I think the food is really nice. The only downside is that sometimes I just feel like a grilled or steamed piece of meat or fish and all the diet chef dinners are sauce based. Having said that, they really are tasty and filling. • I suppose I did go slightly into panic mode! Its kind of where I've failed before. I'm a typical "all or nothing" person, so if I think that I've eaten something that maybe I shouldn't my brain just tells me I've failed and I might as well eat everything in sight. It's a personality trait that I need to get to grips with :)
  • Thanks everyone for the suggestions, I very much appreciate it.
