When I first did the 30DS last year, I used 2x 1kg weights. I have now moved to 2x 2kg weights and although it's really hard at times, I can still (somehow!) manage to finish the exercises. I am not doing this programme for 30 days straight though! I did it last year and found it very difficult, this time I'm going to do…

If you have an iPad, I highly recommend an app All-in YOGA HD. It's brilliant, it has hundreds of poses with videos of how to correctly do them, pictures of which muscles they affect (I find it interesting and very useful) and you then have at least 20 different programs, depending on your level and which body parts you…

I too suffer from anxiety, although it's not as severe as it was 2.5 years ago. I did a cognitive behavioural therapy, but it was the antidepressants that sorted me out, to be honest. I noticed that what I eat plays a big role in how I feel mentally. As soon as I cut out sugar and carbs I am much much calmer, confident…

Yup, I fell of the healthy eating wagon last week and over the weekend - I blame my husband being away and me being all alone, not bothered about cooking decent meals for myself. But I am not going my past to determine my future, so I am going to a boxing class tonight and I am planning to give my absolutely best!! Keep…

Thank you for your advice guys - much appreciated! I let my friend know and she was fine - she even told me what the menu for the night would be and I now know I can have canapes and instead of mushroom and leek tart for main she will prepare me a mushroom and leek omelette! Of course I won't be able to have the dessert or…

You just have to do it - it's tough, but it's manageable! Google Sarah Wilson, she developed 'I Quit Sugar' plan, which I found really useful. Start reading about the effects of sugar - also google David Gillespie. Once you realise how harmful it is, you will find it easier to quit eating sweets and chocolate! I cut out…

I have a cup of chamomile tea in the evening, after dinner - I've read that it reduces your sugar cravings and I think it's true (if definitely works on me). Plus it puts me in this mellow mood and then I am ready for bed! Alternatively, if I REALLY need to eat something, I have some almonds, pistachios or Brazil nuts -…

What an inspirational story - WELL DONE!! You look absolutely fantastic and you just proved it can be done by anyone, even busy mums! Congratulations!! :))

I must say, it was the most distressing episode EVER. I was terrified, nervous, scared, emotional, sad - all within one hour! I cried so much, felt so sorry for T-Dog and Rick and Carl.... I was numb after this episode, I couldn't say a word.

Well done to both of you, you look AMAZING! What an inspirational story, thank you so much for sharing! :)

Well done, that's a pretty cool NSV you've achieved!! :-))

YES, exactly!! ;-)

I am trying to wean myself off processed foods again and I've been doing well - it definitely helps when you do some research and realise why certain foods are not good for you and plainly unhealthy. But having said that, I can't tell you that I will NEVER have something processed again - it's still too early to say that…

I totally agree with you - if you deprive yourself something, then you crave it even more! Well done on your weight loss! :)

THIS. I remember feeling fabulous and confident when I was at my goal weight and I want to feel that again. That, plus how my old clothes felt!

Well done and congratulations on getting to this stage! You must be so proud of yourself, and you should be! This is the inspiration that everyone needs, especially people who've been battling depression/anxiety and watched their food habits change (like me).

You look amazing! Well done and congratulations for reaching your goals - and thank you for sharing your story! This is the motivation I need! :)

I started off with following James Duigan's Clean & Lean kickstart diet, that was suppose to last for 2 weeks. I did a week and 2 days, I think. I was getting a bit overwhelmed by what I could and couldn't eat. I missed having yoghurt and fruit for breakfast so I swapped salmon with cucumber for this. I haven't go back to…

THIS. I've also got a sweet tooth and could eat sweets and chocolate all day long - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I realised it was an addiction and decided to do something about it. I started following James Duigan's Clean & Lean diet, which meant no sugar for the first two weeks (including fruit) and no refined sugar…

Like others, I don't want to give up something totally, because I know that I will crave it even more! However, at the moment I have stopped having: chocolate crisps potatoes soda I am trying to have less coffee and rely (if this is a good word) more on green tea - I want to develop this habit that whenever I feel…

This is awesome, well done for completing your run despite their comment(s) and proving them (even if only here and not in person) that they are nothing to worry about!

What an inspiration, well done!!!

Good for you for understanding this should be a lifestyle change! I've also understood this myself recently and I've been reading lots and educating myself on clean and lean eating. I am starting the 2-week kickstart diet this weekend and I am hoping to stick to it for the rest of my life. It's going to be tough, but it…

Well done for making this change! I am planning to start eating clean next week (I know, it sounds like an excuse, but I am going to see my parents for the weekend and I just KNOW I won't be able to say 'no' to my mum's cooking!) and I am already doing the reading, planning, checking out the recipes etc. I eat processed…

I will definitely try then! I like nutty taste, as opposed to soya taste! Thanks! :-)

I am keen to try almond milk, actually! I've never had it before though and I am not sure if I'm going to like the taste....?
