Mostly I eat them back. Sometimes I'll have a 500-1000 calorie deficit at the end of the week.

I like to run a few flights of stairs periodically throughout the day. Walk 2 miles during lunch.

Mine runs about 52. It used to be around 60 until I started serious training.

My goodness, after reading all these replies from "older" women, I must be grandma! I'm 52 and have an 11-year-old. He's the light of our lives. It feels good to be healthy and active and able to keep up with him, in fact outdo him.

Weight Watchers says yes. You can accumulate your excercise points during the week and use them anytime during that week. You just can't carry them to the next week.

We have TRX at our gym and it's awesome. We do a lot of circuit cardio work using the TRX. Love it!
