actually the way mfp works, is you enter you daily activity EXCLUDING exercise - notice when it asks your daily activity it doesnt list exercise, just professions. i do agree that if you include your exercise in your daily activities, you shouldnt eat your exercise calories, but thats not the way this site was designed.…
