I am doing CLX...I went to a nutritionist and was told to eat with a suprlus to build muscle..you don't want to do too much cardio..which IMO you might be...2 days a week is enough with 3 days of weight training...muscle burns fat...if you don't eat enough while weight training your body will start eating muscle and hold…

That's great. I am hoping for some good results too ;). I already have since working out in general but was hoping for more change by now. I'm on day 1 of week 2 so we will see. Was curious how much you see after just the first phase.

so i think on the CLX cardio day of burn interval i will do zumba instead but still with abs burner....then on the 2nd day of CLX cardio day i will flip flop between burn intervals and burn it off every other week...with one rest day a week...doing my 2nd zumba day on the other rest day CLX gives :)

I started day 1 on Sunday...yesterday was a rest day (but I did zumba) and today is day 2...would love to have some EXTREME buddies :)...friend me :)

Say today you exercise and burn 500 calories doing so. You will increase your defict to 727 calories for that day. Let's say tomorrow you go…

hmmm tabata training..I will def look into that...so you use the 45lb barbell for squats and deadlifts? what size weight do you use for arms etc? I'm just getting started here so I'm curious..

that's great..right now I do zumba 2x/week.....and the other 4-5 days either Jillian Michaels (ripped in 30, 6pack in 6 weeks, no more trouble zones or yoga meltdown 3 lbs weights as she suggess) or this new kettle bell dvd I just got (angie miller kettle bell boot camp with an 8 lb kettle bell as suggested for beginners)
