suggestions on combining workout programs

Hey guys I am on day 3 of chalean extreme, I also do zumba twice a week and really would hate to give it up but struggling to find a way to incorporate it. I currently do zumba on mondays and wednesdays (taking a class) this is where i am right now
Sunday- burn circuit 1 CLX
Monday- CLX rest day/Zumba
Tuesday - burn circuit 2 CLX
so tomorrow is suppose to be burn intervals & ab burner...but I am also suppose to go to zumba...though I haven't done burn intervals yet i am under the impression it is mostly cardio? so I'm thinking doing that and zumba the same day may be too much...what do you all think...is it ok to re arrange the CLX schedule just a little so I'm not doing double cardio in one day? or is it important to stick with it as it is? i read SOMEWHERE that you can do any cardio on cardio days on the CLX program but again not having done much so far I am not sure what is the cardio days on her program.

They give you an outline of how they want you to do the program but you can always change it a little to work for you. Are you able to do both? Right now, I am doing Rockin Body and then I also add other programs to that.

Burn interval is a cardio. You can change the program around. I wouldn't recommend doing double cardio. Either just do Zumba on your CLX cardio days or switch your CLX work so that you do strength (CLX) then Zumba on the same day ( if you have to do two workouts that given day).There is nothing wrong with doing strength training followed by cardio.0

Thanks I'm going up figure out how to do that. I was afraid to rearrange the schedule she gives in fear it would affect my results.0 -

so i think on the CLX cardio day of burn interval i will do zumba instead but still with abs burner....then on the 2nd day of CLX cardio day i will flip flop between burn intervals and burn it off every other week...with one rest day a week...doing my 2nd zumba day on the other rest day CLX gives0
