Chalean Extreme or Turbo Fire?

I'm looking to purchase one of these but don't know which one I should get. Any thoughts from people that have one or both of these?

    I have turbo fire..I am only one week 2, but I love the videos :) They are fun and burn a pretty good amount of calories.

    It depends on what your goals are. Chalean Extreme is more strength training and Turbo Fire focuses more on cardio. I have both programs and love them both for different reasons. So if you are looking to build muscle go with Chalean Extreme, if you are looking for a cardio based program then Turbo Fire is the way to go. The only downfall is you need more equipment for CX. You could use the bands but personally didn't feel like I was getting a good enough workout with them. You can look under my profile and see the results I had with CX. The one in the dressing room is about week 7 and the one in my daughter's messy room is week 12. I lost a total of 24 pounds and 25 inches in 12 weeks. I don't have a day 1 photo (wish I did) but you get the idea. Hope I helped!

    I am doing Chalean Extreme and it is really hard, but I love it so far. I haven't done Turbo Fire, but I do have Turbo Jam, and that's amazing too.

    It really does depend on your goals though. If you want to build muscle, CLX is the way to go. If you are looking for a calorie burning cardio session, the Turbo would be your best bet.

    You can also do a hybrid of both. I know there are people who do the Turbo on the days they aren't doing the circuits for CLX.

    Than you everyone for your replies. I'm leaning more toward Turbofire I want to tone up but not get huge muscle.
