Wow. I just did that calculation for myself and it says I should be eating 1700 calories a day...i can barely get to 1200..and I"m full when I eat to get to the 1200. Yikes!

I guess i don't really understand all of this. I'm told to eat 1200 calories per day. It is often hard for me to do that. I lost 53 lbs within the last 3 years by cutting portions and exercising 30 min-1 hours 5 times a week. Try to think about what you are going to eat and how it will make you feel afterwards both emotionally and physically. Bring healthy snacks from home to help avoid the ones in the break room. Interesting. I've hit a plateau for the last 6 months and can't get passed it. So I feel the same way. I lost 53 lbs doing all the things you mention.
