I started on Dec 1st and weigh on Sundays. For 2 weeks in a row I lost 1.4# and last week I was up...due to TOM, so I never record those weeks. Congrats on sticking with it, consistency is what works for me! I love being an athlete however was always overweight, so as I got older the injuries were getting to be the norm. Now that I'm working on a 85+ loss, I finally look and feel how I always 'thought' I did. Great job, keep it up!

I hope you feel better soon. I haven't been injured but I have been avoiding those same moves. I just feel like I am flailing around teh first few days of Level 2 and DO NOT want to get hurt, so I just do jumping jacks, or butt kicks or high knees instead. I still have a lot of fat to get rid of, so I'm not too concerned…
