I'm a super…

Hey girl! I tried the traditional MFP way for about 6 weeks with minimal results. Once I tried the 'Olivia Method', I have consistently lost 5-7 lbs a month. (I still have 30 to go, so your goals will be different) check out my profile, I have a link to the method. Basically, I eat at my BMR everyday (about 1500) and only…

yup, I watch protein, carbs, calories, fat, sodium, and switch between fiber and sugars. I wish I could keep track of more than just the 6.

I think her numbers must be changing if she's entering her excercise. I also set MFP to a custom diet of 15% carbs, 45% protein and 40% fat. I tried the MFP way for about 6 weeks and wasn't losing, so I went back to what I know works for me. Regardless, I think most will agree that MFP is too low on protein. Hope that…

This is my experience: Started at 255.2 and a size 20...other people really started to notice at about 50 lbs down, I was in a size 16. (so, only 2 sizes in 50 lbs) The last 50 everyone has noticed (if they didn't walk right by me first!) I am now going thru sizes like crazy. Size 8 now, so about every 10-15 lbs I go down…

Lost 4.8 lbs this week! (.8 was a vacation gain)...I also reset my macros to 15% carbs, 45% protein and 40% fat. I am a carb monster, so cutting those way down has a direct affect on my loss. I kept my calories and excercise the same though. Have a great week!

Thought I'd post another one each month of my progress. Anyone else please feel free to post here too, I would LOVE to see you! Last year about this time: And this was about a week ago in Hawaii:

I'm sorry, it sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Your post sounds like you are totally overwhelmed, which is the easy thing to do. (sorry to be blunt) The hard thing is to find balance. If it were easy, none of us would be here. Here's a few things to think about: If you are not in a happy place as a mom/person…

I hear ya optic, when I post here I thought it would at least show up on your news feed, however that's not been the case. So, I think that's why not too much action on the boards, because people forget to come on down and check it out. I use the app on my phone and ipad, however I usually prefer to login to the main site…

Well, first off...congrats on your amazing accomplishment so far!! I'm in the final push as well...I figure about 30 more lbs. It most certainly is much harder than the first 80 for me. I've mixed it up throughout the process and am now back to really watching my carbs and sugars. I do stay within my caloric range too, so…
