  • I personally pushed thru. I was so sore Day 3, that if I wouldn't have loosened up before, I couldn't of done it. On the days where I am really sore, I start with my 45 min brisk walk and then do Shred after. I always FEEL way better after doing it, the longer I 'rest' the longer I am sore. It does get WAY easier!

  • Nice job!!!! I so want to be a runner, so this is very inspiring!! I've only done 5k's with walking, then running every few minutes. I would LOVE to run for 19 minutes straight!! I'm sure you burned way more cal doing that vs the 20 min vid.
