LilyInLove on here is one of my bestest friends in real life and everytime ive tried to diet in the past shes plugged MFP and ive ignored her, this time i listened and so glad i did, it really pushes me as the embaressment of going over calories and logging them and people seeing has kept me on target :)

thank you, have added fat free yogurt and a handful of nuts in today and it is so far looking a lot nearer to calorie goal considering dinner is yet to go on. Thanks for everyones help, very much appreciated x

Have really mucked up now !! my start weight was wrong by about 24lb lol so now my whole profile looks poo!! can someone confirm that 14stone 8lb is 204lb :) make sure i have it right this time!!

I do eat wholemeal or weight watchers malted grain bread for breakfast and a sandwich at lunch and if ive had a bad day will have beans on toast (same bread) for dinner so yes a lot of bread, substituted for potatoes on some days.

where do i log breastfeeding, did wonder if there was a way on here, am eating 1300 before exercise so maybe i do need to up it a bit?

and im currently eating around 1300 calories per day and burning 500-700 with exercise but am not counting any burnt doing housework/everyday stuff just my actual planned exercise so obviously not starving myself!!

Thank you for your reply, nice to see another prem mummy :) im not really doing low fat or fat free as thats far too costly with 3 other children who are eating it too and they need the normal stuff, just really cutting down on my portion sizes and snacking. plus of course the exercise, we are walking the 2 mile round trip…
