Well a couple more firsts :)
first time I have been under 200lbs for a long time :) (ok im only just under at 199lbs but still :D ) and second 1st lol i have just spent an hour in soft play with my 2 year old ok again not a big wow for some but normally i send him in alone or get a friend to go in with him as i get all red n out of breath chasing him…

Have hit my first stone in 3 weeks :)
I know I still have so far to go but i like to set my self little targets to keep me focused on the big one :) next target is to get under 14 stone so another 6lb :)

Hi all, Ive been here 15 days now but am constantly ending with quite a high calorie leftover. Could some people look at my diary and suggest some ideas to bring it up, I think the main issue is trying to eat my 500 breast feeding calories. What foods should i add to what meals to increase to betterlevels please x x

What is it important to not cut out when dieting whilst breastfeeding? Gabriella Faith is 5.5 months but was born at 28 weeks so is effectively 3 months behind, she is still exclusively fed with no formula top ups and no solids, i intend to feed her til atleast 18 months and she currently only weighs 10lb 1 oz so really…

Hi, Im 24, mummy to 4, and a stay at home mum, would love to make some friends along my journey to yummy mummy status :) currently weigh 15 stone and wear a size 16-18 :S would love to get down to 10-11 stone or a size 10-12 but my main goal is fitness to run the great south run next october x
