I agree with switching to outside, its a lot harder to do it outdoors because you really have to push your own body weight and maintain a pace thats good for you instead of relying on the treadmill. Im on week 2, and have already completed 3 days this week, but want to stay here for a few more days as I get really tired…

I do all the reps...I have some difficulty keeping up with the jumping exercises (particularly butt kicks and jump ropes) I can only do about 15 (modified) push ups the first round and by the next set I can only do 8-9 :( I just did day6 of level one and thankfully its getting easier! I try to eat 5-6 times a day...thats the best way to keep your metabolism going. I think it depends on what your putting in your morning smoothie and hw you feel. I alternate breakfast in the mornings and somedays I have smoothies, but still eat about 2-3 hours later, usually I have some fruit and yogurt

my friends dont necessarily TRY ti get me to cheat...its just that whenever I am trying to eat healthy they always seem to want to go out for dinner and drinks! its sooooo annoying!! the only middleground i've found is inviting them over to my house instead of going out and making healthier food/ snacks for us...it helps…

I usually have yogurt (Chobani is my favorite) or some type of fruit as a morning snack. In the afternoons, its usually more along the lines of nuts or a kashi bar. I always have some sort of trail mix or mixed nuts on me in case I get hungry when I'm out and about.
