Tuesday, March 3: Tracked: yes, believe it or not! Calories: over, but not by much Exercise: 30 minutes walking

Monday, March 2: Tracking: sort of! Started to, then didn't log anything after lunch. Calories: under, I think Exercise: none; I worked both jobs yesterday. I am only working my full-time job today (not working tonight), so I plan to fit in a workout....then go to bed really early and try to catch up on some sleep!

Hello! I was in this challenge last year but dropped out when I got overwhelmed with work, starting a second job, and other fun things. I am at my highest weight ever right now, and I am hoping this challenge gives me some accountability and support that I desperately need. A little about me: I love gardening, reading,…

I am 45, and it's been so long since I was at a healthy weight that I almost forget what it feels like. I have been focusing on shifting my mindset, to stop focusing on being a certain size or look a certain way, and realize I need to do this for my health too. Looking good will be nice, too, of course :)

My new walking buddy! My stepson moved in with us, and he brought his dog. I have never had a dog before, and I wasn't sure how far is too far to walk for a dog, so we walked one mile on the trails yesterday.

September Goal: 50 miles 9/1: 0 9/2: 0 9/3: 1 Total: 1/50

I am getting back to working out after gaining a LOT of weight back. I will be using the elliptical at my gym as well as my Leslie Sansone workouts. I am setting my September goal as 50 miles.
-
I work full time too. I have learned that I need to work out as soon as I get home from work, or it just won't happen! I will find an excuse, or I will get tied up in everything that needs to be done in the evenings.
-
I am still having to force myself to work out. I can't wait until I lose some weight and actually feel a bit more comfortable working out! Right now, I hate every second. I want to ease back into running. I wish I never stopped!
-
I keep losing, regaining, losing, regaining. It gets harder each time, so you would think I would learn my lesson! I need to make sure when I lose it this time, it stays off, because it takes so much effort to lose it now.
-
@Shefitt45, thanks! I forced myself to work out this evening. I hated every second, but at least now that first starting-over workout is finished! :) Hopefully it gets at least a little easier from here.

I was born in Pennsylvania but live in Florida now.

Hello! I am new to the group for July. I was sooooo close to my goal earlier this year. I had gone from 217 down to 152, and my goal is around 140. I just lost my grip and got off track, and I have gained a lot of it back. I am back up to 196. I am starting over and saw this challenge and thought it would be great to have…

My husband's ex-wife stalks me. She lives an hour away, but one morning I was running at a high school track, and I saw her car, parked in the shadows but still pretty visible. I could even see her in the driver's seat, plain as day, every time I passed that section of the parking lot as I ran my laps. I finally just waved…

I just saw this today, and there are 9 weeks left until June 21. I am going to set a goal of losing 18 pounds by then.

I am very impressed that you did any Shaun T workout 6 days a week! He is tough! Great weight loss so far. Keep it up!

My husband works in home maintenance and repair, and I'm no expert, but I help him with the company and see a lot of the homes he works on. What you see is wrong is typically only the tip of the iceberg. I would approach this home with caution and insist on a very thorough inspection.

It sounds like you have concerns about the area the house is in. Don't ignore those concerns. When my husband I were shopping for a house, I fell in love with a house in a not-so-great neighborhood. I went back on a Friday night, Saturday afternoon, and late weekend night to see what it was like at different times of…

I have done Insanity and Insanity Max 30, plus some of the T20 workouts, and they are no joke! Great job sticking to it!

I came here specifically looking for a weight loss challenge to help me get back on track, so thank you for this! Original starting weight - 217 April starting weight - 163 April goal - 153 Ultimate goal - 139 1st - 163 8th - 15th - 22nd - 29th - Total loss for April - I know 10 pounds in one month sounds like a lot, but I…

Hello! I have found myself faltering lately, eating too much, skipping workouts. I know I need something to get back on track and stay there, and this challenge sounds perfect. I have lost 65 pounds, have about 12 more to go, and I don't want to screw up now!

I have had Beachbody on Demand for about 2 years, but I find myself doing nothing but Insanity consistently. I just bought the Insanity DVDs from eBay and will not renew when BBOD is ready to expire. I just don't like the other workouts on there, but that's just a personal preference of mine. Look through the workouts,…
