Add me too! I'm also looking for support because many of MFP friends no longer log on. I really like the social component of MFP. You get to see that you're not alone and that weight loss is possible when it seems impossible.

Thank you everyone for the replies. I truly appreciate the folks here and MFP in general. I’m going to do some suggested reading and take a serious look at my diet. I’m probably not getting enough protein and my strength has been minimal.

I've lost the amount of cheese an American eats in a year?! Wowzers~ Note: I know my tag says 24 but I'm actually at 30 lost. I forget to reset my weight when I started using MFP again.

I needed to see this. I'm doing the 30 day Shred now. I've been on it since 2/1/12 but I haven't completed a full week. It seems that I only do 5 out of the 7 days. I always let something get in the way on the weekends. Did you do the shred everyday for the 30 days to get those results? I am combining the shred with Zumba…

I love Zumba and it's a great calorie burner but I don't see a lot of changes to my body minus pounds lost. Now pounds lost is a good thing but it isn't shrinking my body like I want. I've just added Jillian M. 30 day shred to my Zumba recently so I'm hoping the combination of both will give me "Biggest Loser" type results…

I'm on day 6 of the 30 day shred and it is brutal but I keep in mind 2 things...1) the successes of my fellow MFP family and 2) that the blasted workout is only 20 mins.
